So....a lot of people ask and ask how to set up cccam.Everything is in this forum if you press the search button...But i tried to write again the most important things of them in few lines .Follow these steps and i think you will be ok...or like a greek phrase: you will see the light...
1) if you have a linux box like dreambox,dbox,i-net box....flash the memory with an image ( gemini,pli,nabilo,rudream,LT or something else suitable with your box ).The safest way to flash your box is by null modem ....
2) setup the language and the channels of your box
3) setup the network between router and box or between pc and box ( the box must have static ip...so you have to uncheck DCHP in the network communication setting...Give a static ip in your box.
4) install cccam emu ( the latest version is 2.0.5 ) from the addons of your image.Also install cccam.cfg.Now you select cccam as the default emu.
5) restart the box to keep the new change in it's memory
6) open a free account for a dns to update your ip like dyndns or no-ip .You can update it in your router or in your pc by a software or in inadyn plugin of your box...The best way to update the dns is the router: too fast....
7) open a port Tcp in your router for the ip of your dreambox ( 12000 is the default port )...
8) learn how to create the c line or the f line

9) add in var/etc the files cccam.prio , cccam.providers , cccam.channelinfo .
10) Now you are ready to start sharing...If you don't have local go to free exchange cccam servers section and start hunting peers....
If you have local go to exchange cccam server with local card and make a post there ...be sure that you will find a lot of servers...( be careful to write the local in the title of your post: rule 14...)
11) All these infos are for educational purpose only....

If you have any problems with the stability like you are only client you have to check two things...: the port and the dns...Is the port opened propertly?Is the dns updated as well?As the last way if you don't find the solution you can flash again the box with a new image..maybe it is a bug of it...
If you want to be only client you follow all the above steps,except opening the port and the dns....Just make the network,setup the cccam emu and you are ready...
