Thread: W line

I think the w line in cwshare.cfg is very importent for a fast and good share net.
The w line says what card will be use for what channel (not provider) and what channel are will be share.

This is a standart w line
use card 1 only for the following pids to decode and for share

W: { 01 02 02 } 1022 100A 100B 102B 1009 101D 1029 1014 1011 101B

the first numbers are for the slot the second is for local decode and the third is for share.

the slot is given in hex. 01 is slot 1, 02 is slot 2, 03 is com1 card 1, ....., 0A is com1 card 8.

the second numberblock is 0x level for local, 00 dont use the card, 01 card use for all pids, 02 use only for the following pids,

the third numberblock is 0x level vor share, 00 dont use in share, 01 use card for all pids, 02 use card only for following pids.

u find the pids for your channels in ecm info it shows like pid 0x1022 and u need only the 1022.

Pleas make a good w line with only the pids that your card working so everybody in your share will better and faster work.

Dp u mean that if u dont use ur own local cards to sharing and to use them at all the seting should be like this:

W: { 00 00 00 } 1FFF
