Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me any advice or suggestions on this.

Got my dreambox 500s setup with jade pli and ccam 2.2.0.. Lovely. Got a few test clines of 4 different providers and most of them were very glitchy bar 1, which was not to bad but stll glitches slightly every 30 secs or so.I subscribed for a month. All of the above was expected as the only internet access i have is a mobile broadband router connected to a router.

I was happy out with the service until today. I brought my box over to a friends house who has 10mb broadband to see if the glitches would stop. I first tested my cline and to my surprise it was the same, i turned of dhcp cos i heard some broadband routers cannot have a fixed ip (not sure if that makes a difference or if im talkin crap cos i vaguely remember reading it somewhere) but it made no differance. I then tested his internet 9mb download, ping 32 ms, .44mb upload. No problems there. I then tried a few test clines with dhcp turned on and off and the same as outcome that i experienced with my mobile broadband the one i subscribed to gave the best reception, but it was still glitchy.

Basically I wanna know what im doin wrong. I have fiddled with all the settings but have found nothing that improves the glitches.I dont know if a differant image would help , I have tried many differant versions of ccam but no fix .The only conclusion that i can come to is that out of the four people that have sent me test clines non of them have a decent server.

Any suggestions of a fix or a decent server would be great.
