This image is a final Black Hole serie, entirely rewrote and recoded to have maximum stability and performance.
We remember that black hole serie images have the best epg system available:
- Integrated Openepg for Sky-it Sky-uk Sky-Au
- Latest CVS enigma2 Epg features
- New external epg.dat system.
Therefore, each board or community can create its favourite EPG data files, and upload it to a web space. Community members can then download it from that server.
This feature offers additional benefits, such as:
EPG download increased speed
EPG download from any channel
EPG scheduled download also during standby
User set EPG Providers Add/Remove

About MeoBoot

What is MeoBoot:
MeoBoot is very light Multiboot tool for Enigma 2 images.

System requirements:
This version of MeoBoot is exclusive for Vu+ Duo machine with Usb pen Drives.
MeoBoot only accepts devices formatted in Linux ext filesystem and this to ensure the best performance in dreambox native environment.

Operation:
MeoBoot is very simple and intuitive. The plugin includes an Help button, explaining where to upload images before install and how to remove it. It also includes a feature to format the device where the MultiBoot will be used.

To install MeoBoot into your VU+ Duo:
1) Insert your USB stick in VU + Duo
2) From your receiver go to the plugins list
3) Green button for devices
4) Red button format
5) Red button to install it and after restarting the plugin

To install an image in Multiboot with MeoBoot:
WARNING: YOU CAN INSTALL IMAGES IN MULTIBOOT IN .NFI FORMAT
1) Upload th image file xxxx.nfi in: /media/ meoboot/MbootUpload /
9) Red button to install the image
10) Wait a few minutes until the procedure will be complete and your Vu+ Duo will be autamatically reboot.

This image have to be installed in flash. Dream-Elite Team will not support images not installed in flash. .


This Images doesn't contain any keys nor softcams.
Backups or other modified Images are not supported!


INSTRUCTIONS FOR USB VERSION:

1) Unzip package
2) Copy the content of the package in a Usb Pen (fat32 formatted)
3) Insert Usb pen in Vu+ Duo front Panel and REMOVE ALL OTHER USB
4) Reboot your Vu+ duo and follow instructions.

Wow very nice, I was under the impression that there was only PLi. I will try this soon! Thanks!

yeah pli was the first (loadit it the first time) now i have put in dream elite it is realy great and more user friendly then pli , but that is just my opinion. they have their own addon server and it canbe found under the green button just great!!
configuration and instalation is more easy than pli.

the only problem is that there is a say that DE wilnot continu making img for the vu+............
as for me i can only hope that this rumor is not thrue !! sinds the vu wilbe soon available in all of the eu and us.

Hmm, I need to find the time to test this image... It really looks promising! And I hope it's just a rumour also studio68, we need more teams on the VU+ DUO because the receiver just rocks!

yeah agree price/quality is perfect !!

only prob is dcc wilnot work with it not with pli loaded nor DE. i use filezilla to edit configs and so on.

but yes Ares you have to test it.....realy i have just put back the channel liist after reflash up and running in 10 min.

btw i tried to upload 10M img 38+mb but i cant... too big.

Upload problem is fixed, you can now upload!

update on DE vs pli

mounting a 2,5 inch hdd dont work..... it doesn't recognise it in dream elite (after restart enigma blabla) radio chanels don't work !

mounting hdd and radio channels work fine on the latest PLi



for those who don't know:

howto get a hdd to work on vuduo
1. turn of the power (by main switch at the back)
2. build in the hdd (power cord for hdd is hidden under the cables who go to the mainboard)
3.power up the vu+duo
4. if after restart the hdd isnt recognised push and hold the red button on the remote till shutdown menu apaer ,select restart enigma (2) and you disc should apear.
format it and it is ready to use.
